PTO is the Parent Teacher Organization at Carter-Lawrence

Our theme is: "TOGETHER EVERYONE ACHIEVES MORE"-T.E.A.M.

    PTO Board and General Meetings are held every 3rd Thursday of every month, unless there is a holiday or a short month. PTO Board meets at 3:30 p.m.  PTO general meetings will be announced.

    The major goal for the PTO is to promote parental involvement and provide financial support, which is not covered by the school district. This in turn will promote quality education by providing activities, services and materials for teachers, students and staff which could not be accomplished otherwise.

    Since school started, the PTO has been successful with Smart Cards and Cookie Dough fund raisers. These fund raisers will allow us to support the educational needs, as well as other activities of the school.  We have plans for supporting other educational needs for teacher classrooms , as well as special area teachers. These plans are very exciting because of the educational benefit for our children and the teaching enhancement that will take place because of our investment at Carter-Lawrence.  Other activities in the planning stages are:  to co-sponsor a "Family Math Night,"  our "Talent Show" in the Spring, and a "Spring Fling" in April.

The PTO appreciates everyones effort to support Carter-Lawrence.
