The Carter-Lawrence Library Media Center (LMC) is a WONDERFUL place! It has a collection of approximately 14,000 volumes. Located in the corner of the building with the curve it has a great view of the city. It is a hub of learning. Each month classes come visit for Reading Enrichment which is usually a seasonally themed story and activity. We have a flexible schedule, which means students are welcome to check out books throughout the day whenvever their teacher sends them. Teachers also have an opportunity to collaborate with Mrs. Whittle, the Library Information Specialist, to plan lessons and activities which extend student learning beyond the classroom. |
